不要惊讶如果你得到一个额外收费的地毯清洁（$100）$10每晚额外付了钱之后还有一个宠物。 我们没有注意到这些额外收费,它只是我的信用卡账单上出现了。 打电话给酒店老板聊了关于收取额外的费用和他们所能说的是地毯很脏（这是一个鸭子狩猎酒店）和应该预料到我会想的。 特别是如果你付了额外的宠物。

We at the Americas Best Value Inn strive to provide the best service to our guest 24/7/365 and in order to do that we have to maintain strict action on guests that cause damage to the room. This is an industry standard practiced at hotels worldwide. Renting a room and paying a pet fee is standard, but does not account for damage to the room. We pride ourselves in providing clean rooms and friendly service to every guest who walks in our door. That being said, your photo clearly shows the carpet was severely muddied by boots, not by your pet. As a result, the carpet required multiple cleanings, and equipment which are outside of the typical housekeeping procedures thus resulting in the additional charge of $100. Thank you once again for your business.

我丈夫和我很惊讶的干净程度和酒店的客房和友好的员工。 床很舒服。 房间里的冰箱也是新的。 浴室重新装修过和淋浴是完美的。 微波炉有点老但是还能用。 总的来说,这家酒店有点旧了但是已经更新过了而且维护得很好。 唯一的不满是我们的房间里有咖啡机里长霉了水库。 但他们在大堂里有很棒的咖啡。 经理非常抱歉我们的咖啡机有模具。

We want all our guest to "Come As a Guest - Leave As a Friend" that is our motto. Once again we are sorry about the coffee maker. The issue had be addressed the same day after check out.
