Book your stay at The Art City Inn seriously! It’s the best place I ever stayed at! If I could give more stars I would!
It’s hard to say enough good about this place. Well one thought I had as I was preparing some food was I truly believe the owners have tried and succeeded in thinking of every detail that will make a person stay special. This is the best experience that I’ve ever had staying at any hotel or inn. There is a police station behind the Inn if you feel like you want to feel a little more secure but the fact is it’s obvious that you’re just safe there anyway. there is a park in large park actually, that’s perfect for everything. I could just make out the sound of children swinging through my open window and it was so nice! The morning I woke up from my first night, outside my window I saw people jogging down the middle of the street with their dogs and many people walking riding their bikes skateboards people just look like they’re happy. I was staying in room 11 so When I woke up to the view of the mountains, I was stunned! Being from Omaha Nebraska was part of it but there was a mountain just outside my door that looks close enough to walk to it maybe it is. The beauty took my breath away and I actually stood there and tears came and streamed down my face and I just stood and praised God. One of the most profound moments of my life was waking up to the unbelievable beauty of those mountains; the experience was total! I would suggest it enthusiastically. Also, if you have any issue, they take care of it right away. I believe their goal and their pleasure is to make your stay just the happiest that you can have, that’s what it seems like. Even when they communicate with you they’re friendly and encouraging and kind it’s very refreshing and I am really grateful to them for providing such a place and such kindness and that’s why I’m leaving this long review; and if I’m not mistaken, it’s the only review I have on the internet . If you’re gonna be anywhere near Springville when you’re visiting Utah I would make an effort to book a room there. I’m partial to room 11 because the view of the mountain is amazing! So if you wanted to stay in your room and hang out, you could look out the door and the window and not even need to turn the TV on because the view is so incredibly beautiful. The entire town seems like it’s surrounded by mountains that are more beautiful then the next one and I never ran out of reasons to be in awh while I was there. They made the courtyard so inviting that if I had stayed there longer I still would have things to do. The water feature is great. I read the reviews talking about the water feature, it’s really nicer than I thought it was going to be and the sound is so nice because it is bigger than the pictures can show you. I guess you just have to sit next to it and there’s a fire pit, which I never sat next to Cuz I didn’t stay long enough but like I said that’s what I would’ve done if I had another night there. Also I sat in the hot tub which took me to overcome my modesty but I was so glad I did! It was exactly what I needed and I felt so happy. It was just a very happy experience from start to finish and I’ll always remember it very fondly . I’ll end by saying how grateful I am to the owners for creating such a place and grateful to God that I happen just to notice it on the map, what a fantastic blessing! Also yes the sheets are soft the bed super comfortable! There’s dishes there’s soap and shampoo and an iron I mean anything that you think you’re gonna need they have it already there. There was a couple sodas and popcorn and a couple candies for snacks just in the room and I could go on and on. they’re thoughtful and they’ve thought of everything. Book a room there and see for yourself:)

Such a cute, comfortable, convenient place!
The location was SO convenient, being only 15 minutes from BYU's pool, which was my destination for this trip. Springville, UT is such a cute town, so clean and quiet with 2 great restaurants within 100 yards of Art City Inn, but also, located within a very short walk is a small artisan chef bakery commercial kitchen that has a small storefront, called Lemon and Sage Market. The area & town are great, but also the rooms at Art City Inn are very clean, comfortable, well appointed with extra blankets, microwave, fridge & freezer, & hot tub in the courtyard. Eric and Amy are very responsive, and sent all the pertinent information in advance, such as gate codes, wifi access, so there were zero difficulties when arriving and checking in. There are also very clear and easy to find instructions on how to adjust the heat/a/c in the rooms. Everything was covered, so there were no unpleasant surprises, only happy ones, such as having time to discover the town, because check-in was such a breeze. I definitely have Art City Inn bookmarked for future stays near the BYU/Provo/Salt Lake areas.

Homey, cozy & clean!
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! So beautiful, unique, & overall homey vibes. It’s not a huge business, so we had the hot tub to ourselves all night! Definitely the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Would stay here again. The owner, Eric, was there chatting for a little bit, & made us feel so welcome!

We want to come back and try all of the rooms!
We enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay in the cutest room. Fresh flowers were a lovely touch to add to the charm and character of the beautifully restored room. Hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed the hot tub. We can't wait to come back and pick a new room to try.
