Sheets were dirty and floor was dirty also. Only 1 towel in the room. Front office staff was nice and he apologized for the dirty sheets and brought us clean sheets and more towels.

This was an overnight stop so that I and my friend did not have to leave our hometown at 0400 to be at a training seminar by 0700.
This business was chosen for it's location to numerous areas we visit and budget friendly cost. The building is old, but updated with modern security conveniences. One noted issue is that in our room, multiple electrical outlets would not hold a cell phone charger.

The carpet was badly stained, the bedspread had stains on it, the refrigerator made a noise intermittently, there were patches on the wall that needed paiting, and there were areas that were not clean (the hair dryer, the inside of the front door). The room needs maintenance.

This is a budget room. I was aware of that going into it. I did not expect much. The room was what you would expect for a budget room. However, the entire property, including heavily in my room, absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. It was everywhere. In the sheets, on the pillows, when the AC would blow. It made it very hard to sleep as the room was suffocating of smoke smell, and was definitely not good for a guest with asthma like myself. The rooms are listed as non-smoking, but clearly people chain smoke in these rooms and the smell is imbedded into everything. I would say spend the extra $20-$30 and go elsewhere. It’ll be more comfortable with fresh air.

Very distinct smell of marijuana. Did not feel adjoining room door was secure in order to keep neighbors out. Left property for safer location with my child
