We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience. Jose verified with you that you had one room, not two. Jose never once stated that you were getting a Jack and Jill bathroom, we do not have Jack and Jill bathrooms. We confirmed this before your arrival, however you stated you would still be coming with more people that we allow in the room. We offered you an upgrade at a discount, but you were still unhappy. We did not offer a refund, as we had given you alternate options, and you refused. Our other reviews reflect the type of business we operate, and we hope you find something more to your liking elsewhere.

This property does not have lifts. All floors are accessible by stairs only. There are no laundry machines on property. Guests may check in until 21:00. Guests arriving later may check in via detailed self check in instructions. This is a smoke free property and all rooms are non-smoking. If a guest smokes in the room the guest will be charged a fee. You will need to provide a credit for payment. Hotel Royal will charge the credit card on file for the entire cost of the reservation at the time of booking. There are service fees of 2.9% when the guest use card to pay for booking.
Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in.
