Lovely room and decor. Kids jumping off bed at 12:45 am and off and on the whole weekend. Did report and texted General Manager. One elevator not woking but stairs were a good option. Anthony was a delight and a great help. Had a family member in hospital so just wanted some quiet time. Breakfast was average. Location is pretty good.

Really enjoyed the deep bath tubs, perfect for a nice bubble bath. It was very relaxing. They offered free breakfast in the am and drink for their social hour, it was very nice.

Disappointing

We stayed here a few years ago and had a wonderful experience so we’re really looking forward to staying here again, Unfortunately this experience wasn’t the same. Our bed was horribly uncomfortable, the evening reception was very disappointing, the broken elevator was really a hassle, and overall the hotel just felt really rundown. We had several options of other places to stay and are really wishing that we’d made a different choice this trip.

Always our go to spot when picking up family in Boise! Great hot breakfast every morning. A free drink when checking in. Nice hot tub and pool! Nothing to complain about.
