Amazing reception staff
I booked a weekend for my daughter and family over the weekend 16-19th August but due to an error on my behalf the booking wasn't confirmed. Dawn and Lily went out of their way to ensure this was sorted out in time for my daughter to have a fantastic time away. I can't praise the reception staff highly enough for their friendly approach, professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

Loving our pool
I use the pool for aquaerobics every Friday,Denise is an awesome instructor,Dale and the rest of the staff keep the pool and area immaculately clean and they’re all incredibly helpful and friendly we’re so happy we’re allowed to use these lovely facilities

Upgrade after sales service
After upgrading my holiday home to a lovely villa, I am so happy with the after sales service , especially from jade glover who has stayed in contact to see if everything is ok. Totally recommend buying a holiday home here , great location and such friendly staff and people . See contact details attached for jade

Staff are an asset!
All staff are very friendly and helpful and make themselves approachable. The office and shop are always happy to see you. Even the staff who maintain the site walk around with a smile on their face and a willingness to engage - in particular Trevor, maintenance - completed repairs and landscaped a patio in a matter of hours with a professional finish and good communication throughout! What a great team. Appreciate you all!

Too far from amenities
Asked for a caravan as near as possible to complex but got one as far away as you could be.
Around caravan flooded and caravan for 10 people too small.
On site shop very small for size of site.
If I want to go to club I will have to drive not the best thing.
