只为浪漫主义者

Wow!

Wonderful discovery in the heart of Stockholm, on the historic island of Gamla Stan (old town) in one of the typical streets we find this building of 1600 with a simple written hotel and cafe. 4 floors without a spiral staircase elevator are quite a struggle .. but our room, number 7, top floor SUITE makes it worth it!
Private bathroom, separate bedroom and large room with kitchen (without stove) but equipped with various utensils and sofa bed. Original creaky parquet floor probably from 1600! Armchairs, TV, and a beautiful light. Many large Velux windows overlooking the city roofs. Breakfast in the morning good and quite varied (finally a hotel offering croissants in Scandinavia!!!!) nice girls and a lot of tranquility. ( sure, you are in the city center! In the evening before 23.30/00.00 the “casino” in the street is there!) but recommended for those who want to try a different and typical hotel.

Europe Holiday 2024

Stayed at this little gem of a hotel to commence our European holiday. The hotel was about 400 years old and had enormous character. The room had a good bed and a small but functional bathroom. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, which was accessed by a spiral staircase, which was a little difficult to navigate with suitcases. (Our only criticism) A basic breakfast was offered and included cereal, fruit, pastries, and tea/coffee. Staff were very friendly and helped us get to a cab as pick-ups were impossible in the old town location but close in real terms. A gr8 stay to start our holiday. Gr8 location in the old town area and close to shops bars and restaurants.
