I just loved how accommodating the staff was!!! Clean rooms, free wifi, and plenty of places nearby by to eat! 15-20 by car from airport, and about 20 minutes by car from plaza mayor.

On the Thursday afternoon I was having a nap when I was awoken by a loud argument between a member of staff and another guest. Furthermore, the day before a cleaner was talking on the phone for the majority of their shift and this was also disruptive to my afternoon siesta.
The facilities were fine - the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean - but these staffing issues spoiled the experience.
