Very clean, everything is shiny.
Among the disadvantages of this hostel, I can only mention one - I did not immediately find it, because this second hostel is new and there are no indications that the reception is located on the next street. So make a phone call right away. Myd La Latina 2 is a new hostel, so otherwise an ideal option, because everything is new. Very clean, everything is shiny, and in June there were only two of us in a large room. Great place!

I recommend this hostel
I was in Madrid for Christmas with a friend and I want to say that our stay was amazing.
The bathroom was big, clean, it had a hair dryer, so overall good. I liked the shower, the water was hot, plus there was soap provided. The bedroom was good, the bed and bedding were warm, soft and comfortable. I liked that every bed had a curtain, light and socket.
At some point I was bothered that someone forgot to turn off the light after they left, so one night I did not sleep. I would suggest stickers with a reminder to turn off lights. It would also be good if the locks for the lockers were already provided so we wouldn't need to buy our own. The breakfast was also good however we missed it for half our stay as you don't mention it's included in booking.
Overall it was one of the best hostels I stayed at and I recommend it.

Awful, lost $130 because they charged twice
Hi i have been travelling for 6 months and this was the worst hostel I have been too. They charged me for my stay twice. When I asked for refund they advised they will send it through and then never did and stopped responding to me. Awful customer service. I know another person this happened too I think they charge people twice on purpose and see if you notice
