The convenience of us partying all night, not worrying about getting a taxi to get to the hotel because it was near by everywhere.
I booked the room the day we were staying and still found it cheaper than any places, knowing the convenience of the location.

Tired decor, small rooms, mostly for smokers, look elsewhere
Was moved to this hotel when my original hotel was overbooked.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room I got was clearly a smoking room, it stank of stale cigarettes, and the smell of smoke permeated the whole floor. The sheets were dirty, and the front desk said they could do nothing about it as there was no house-keeper at 7pm.
The room was small, very outdated, and with only wired internet.
I have no idea whether there are places which are any better in Misawa, but I cannot reccomed the Hotel Princess.
