Nice rooms.

The location is good. 10 to 15 mins walk to historic area and main sites. We had a junior suite which was spacious (piazza de spagna) but it was the furthest from the main area so no wifi at all. Also the outlets do not charge devices. This was very frustrating also with a teenage child it was very annoying to have to keep going to communal area for WiFi. Room furniture dated but does the job. Bed comfy but could do with an extra bin next to coffee facilties. Room was very hot so have to open windows as couldnt turn heating off.. Breakfast at a local cafe was very basic consisted of a pastry, coffee and juice. Poor communication with hosts as they dont respo d to messages but someone on site during office hrs only. Communal area had a nice coffee mahine but it broke and wasn't fixed very quickly. Convenient for SIT bus which stops direct outside door. Nice trattoria accross the road Memmo. Check in quite straightforward via WhatsApp videos.

Pleasant discovery

We slept in this B&B 1 night only in a double room. The room was spacious, very clean with a very comfortable bathroom and a huge shower. It is also centrally located. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and spacious and the location was relatively walkable to most sights, however we had some other troubles with our visit. When we arrived, the parking information listed on Expedia is not entirely accurate - the car parking lot available is a little bit of a walk from the stay and costs more than expected. After doing our tours, we came back to the unit very late at night and the power abruptly went out (only in our unit) - we are assuming a fuse blew or something but we only had one thing plugged in at the time this happened. I then tried to shower in the dark since we did not have any lights, and then found that the shower did not drain and left the bathroom floor covered in water. We spoke with another guest during our struggles and she said that she had the same experience, but the hosts told her they would fix it in the morning. I sent messages to the host to ask for instructions on how to fix the power and to explain our shower situation, but unfortunately I got not response. I understand that it was late at night, but no response even in the morning.
We had high hopes based on the many positive reviews, so this could have just been bad luck, but sadly we weren’t very impressed.

Great location. Love all the difference things we had to do to get in our room, very da Vinci code feel. The only thing was that our air conditioning made a constant noise. Love having the breakfast. Proximity to all the major attractions.
