Great location and good service

I stayed at this hotel with a group of students. The location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious, you do not hear outside noise, the breakfast is good and varied. The night watch service is useful for us teachers. The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. Particularly patient and kind Mr. Fabrizio.

Crumbling

At first glance the room is fine, good places, but the service very poor.
Only shampoo bags and a bar of soap are supplied in the bathroom, no bubble bath, we asked and were told not to have it. In the bathroom no bidet and bad shower.
For breakfast only cold croissants of the fridge, and slices of alleged ham and fontina.
For the elevator we were on the fourth floor and often busy, you could only climb in two people at a time.

I stayed with my family in this hotel from 27 to 30 December and we had a great time. The hotel is in a convenient location for proximity to both the metro and the train station. The reception staff is very nice and welcoming willing to meet any questions .. Nice holiday, we will return. Mara

Next time , I will choose this hotel for my stay again.

Everything about the hotel was great, especially the location, which was 5 minutes from the city center (Termini). The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good and complete. The staff was excellent, with perfect English and warm hospitality (Especially Simone), who helped me a lot, especially on the first day.

Hotel located in a very convenient location to bus and metro stops and a stone's throw from the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Daily cleaning of rooms and bathrooms.
