A beautiful palace
It is the most exquisite boutique hotel which feels more like a palace. The period furnishings and design were clearly a labour of much love. I was honoured to stay there. The management anticipated every possible need. This was an unforgettable life experience.

Never, really, never!
I strongly advise against anyone considering visiting this location. Their business conduct is appallingly unethical. I made a reservation for accommodation a month ago, and they are only now informing me of its cancellation due to overbooking. This has resulted in significant financial damage, as two weeks before the trip, finding reasonably priced lodging becomes nearly impossible. Their behavior is contrary to the renowned hospitality of Puglia. I will also communicate this matter to the relevant authorities in Puglian tourism to ensure awareness. Their actions hardly constitute a genuine solution for attracting tourists; rather, they employ deceptive tactics. While overbooking is not unheard of, the confirmation of a reservation should not be subsequently retracted. It prompts one to wonder how they select among their guests. This platform only enables reservations; no one is capable of prepayment. The well-being of the tourist, the client, appears inconsequential in light of their focus on personal enrichment. Perhaps during the days of Ferragosto, they ought to reflect upon these matters.

A beautiful place to stay
A beautiful suite with a historical background. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we both were amazed by this place and we can recommend this B&B to everybody who wants to have a nice time in Bitonto. Thanks to the kind woman who spoke french with me, she was super lovely !!!!!!! And the breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful palazzo & friendly staff
Originally we had only booked two nights in this b&b, but we were so impressed with everything that we ended up staying two more nights.
The location is perfect, great for exploring Centro Storico of Bitonto. The actual building is an old palazzo that's been renovated. It's beautiful, every room is a piece of art. We stayed in a junior suite which was a good size for 2 people and a toddler.
The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. They don't speak much English, possibly because majority of their guests are Italians (During our stay all other guest were Italians).
The breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and included tea/coffee, juice, fruit, freshly baked croissants, yogurt, biscuits, toast and jam.
Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs in this building- most rooms are located on the 1st or second floor and the breakfast is served on the top floor, so if you're travelling with young children or old people it can be a bit of a nuisance.
Bitonto is such a beautiful area. It was very clean and felt very safe. We had a great time strolling the streets and visiting local cafes and restaurants. The locals here are super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Real palace
Amazing experience in real palace. Beautiful, elegant, authentic decoration of rooms and whole palace. Spacious room with small balcony. Decent sweet breakfast in wonderful white terrace on the roof. Friendly, helpful staff, don't speak English, but wasn't big problem. Superb location - cathedral is about 150m. away.
Bari Airport is about 10min drive away.
Free, very secure parking is distant, but host lead us with his car and then brought back to the hotel, same after check-out.
Pillows could be smaller/softer ;)
