Nice experience, friendly staff, best service and staff was nice supportive. Food was amazing and the awesome valley and Mountain View. Nice location, rooms were neat and clean and maintained. In the heart of Gangtok

一次可怕的经历
避免像电晕病毒和瘟疫一样的这家酒店。我在全国和世界的许多地方旅行过，但从来没有住过像这家这么糟糕的酒店。住在这家酒店是一场噩梦。我当然不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。

We can understand your frustration which you have vented out on a review platform which is far from truth and is full of false statements with malicious intention.
You might have gone to hundreds of places within the country and abroad but as a hotelier we would always distance ourself from the kind of guest you are. You broke a room / balcony door. Any when confronted at hotel during your check out and asked to pay a fine you shouted on top of your voice and used slangs to our hotel staff. This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable to anyone.

Never book this hotel u will feel cheated
I recommend to everyone never book this hotel not only due to location which is almost impossible to reach mg Marg from there but terrible experience I faced...I booked this hotel over phone for 2 nights in 3600 bucks n paid advance for 1 night but when I reached there it was just like 600 rs hotel no lock in balcony door..u can't order food from outside...other than this u have to order till 7 pm and have to take dinner till 9.30 pm seriously you are not in a some kind of hostel
So I decided to check out..I informed receptionist for my tomorrow check out n she said ok ...so I booked another hotel but after 1 hour she said u have to pay for full 2 nights...and called her senior whatever his name was I don't know but eventually I didn't wanna ruin my trip so I dicided to quit n paid full amount....so pls my request to u if u are visiting gangtok pls book many other hotels near mg marg not this third class out of India located hotel

Awesome experience
From where to write, awesome experience. Manisha and ashish was very helpful and supportive. Only problem was to go mg marg because it’s little far away from Hotel. Food was tasty and fresh. We went to Changu lake baba mandir. Superb location. Overall nice fir miltey hai.

Thank You Aurora Gangtok! Great Hospitality
Excellent hotel with excellent location located nearby Capital City Gangtok. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ashish ,he made our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops and tourist places . Would definitely recommend this hotel to my other friends and family ! Room was clean and all staff is friendly. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Aurora Hotel Gangtok for going just that little step extra for the guests.
