Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Gediegenes Hotel Garni - leckere Küche, gute Zimmer und prima Frühstück. Hier kommt man gerne wieder hin. Personal kompetent und sehr freundlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Was will man mehr.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff

We called the hotel at 10.00. 14.00 and explained that due to traffic we could be a bit late. Last check in 21.00 and we would arrive about 21.15 according to GPS. We explained that we would hurry as much as possible but the staff was completely impossible. We were also not allowed to cancel the accommodation.

Disappointed

We went for dinner on Saturday without board, a very warm welcome and the waiter was very obliging and polite.
But I would have expected more from the food, we both had cheese spaetzle, I had pork loin. Cheese spaetzle with Emmental (cheap cheese), well seasoned is different and the meat is prepared and not FRESHLY fried (pork loin) which is what I expected, fried to death and hard (which should NOT be), just warmed up. Hot looks different.
That's why 2 stars
