Horror vacation

Air conditioning didn't work.. It was a bureaucracy to resolve.. I was only able to start using the room at almost 5pm.. absurd! Poor Service from Employees/Responsible Persons..

Best experience in Porto Seguro.
In the middle of the alcohol catwalk.
Close to everything, market, pharmacies and restaurants.
Even though you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle, when you enter the hotel rooms you don't hear any of the hustle and bustle.
The staff are all helpful and helpful, especially Gil, who gave me several tips on where to have lunch and the best beaches to go to with children.
