New Year’s Eve Dinner
The pub has such a lovely atmosphere and we were really happy with the friendly service
We were mainly served by a young lad who was so polite and helpful a real delight and a lady who also served our table who was really lovely too ..the service was excellent
The food came and it was both hot and delicious, two of our party had travelled from Dublin and really enjoyed the ales on offer, we finished off with desserts which didn’t disappoint
All in all a great choice and highly recommend
Thank you to everyone for making our New Year’s Eve so enjoyable x

Fantastic service in a warm and welcoming pub
Amazing staff. Warm and welcoming pub, with a great atmosphere.
Staff also kindly sent back our daughters toy after it was left in the Christmas tree!
Thanks for a great experience. Will be back next year!

Great pub - excellent food
The steak and ale pie was excellent and the bread and butter pudding very tasty .
I thoroughly recommend this place for a great pint and a goid meal.
The staff were very helpful and efficient and treated us like old friends

Great food and service
We ordered beef Sunday lunch which was delicious and very reasonably priced at £17
Service was great, staff friendly, dogs welcome in the tables bar area, desserts were lovely although at £7.50 per dessert, it was quite expensive.
Overall, great place to eat and drink.
Will return.
