Great Location and Great Rooms

This location is just great! It's within steps of the train station, but thankfully it wasn't very loud within the hotel. It's still close to city center. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very smartly designed. Also, the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff!
My reservation at another hotel got canceled for nonsense reasons, so I had to relocate to Intercity. Because of the bad experience at the other hotel, I talked in a bad temper when arriving at IntercityHotel. But the staffs at Intercity were super friendly and helpful. They found us a room.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We absolutely had a nice stay. The reception staff was also very helpful and efficient when we made some special requests on my invoice.

Short break in Augsburg

I like Inter City hotels as they are convenient for the railway station. This one is tucked away a little and not well signposted so make sure you know where to go. Quiet room, friendly reception and good breakfasts all help. Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

Great place to stay

The location is extremely convenient for those arriving by train, since it is right next to the train station. The staff are very friendly. The room was not large, but enough for a short stay. I could work easily. Everything was very clean. Although it is right next to the train station, you cannot hear the trains as long as the window is closed. The window can be opened for ventilation, which is great.
