Convenient location and value for money
The hotel design is good and nice. A very modern hotel and new decorations. The room is big and we have a small sofa and table to take our food there. It is worth to stay at this hotel as you can go to shopping and dining nearby . Everything you can easily reach there.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need. The staff are very friendly. The beds are comfortable (firm, as is pretty standard in Japan). The cafe outside the hotel (Drip?) is wonderful. We are picky Americans and the food did not disappoint.

I had originally booked a 6-day, 5-night stay. On the second last day of my reservation, I attempted to extend my stay by one night. Despite the room clearly being available—with no new bookings in the system—the duty manager refused to offer any discount on the room rate for the additional night. I then spoke with the hotel manager, whose English proficiency was limited. Throughout our conversation, her staff acted as a translator. Despite my request, she insisted on charging the full, standard rate for the extra night, citing hotel policy. It seems the hotel's policy prioritizes keeping rooms vacant rather than offering a reasonable price for an extension to an existing guest. This policy is not only customer-unfriendly but also economically illogical.

Location is amazing as there are shopping malls nearby. It is also located near umeda station so you can take train directly to Kyoto. There are many food options around as well! Went there in Dec so there are lightings around the hotel.
