Holiday in a fairytale place, skiing and relaxation at the highest level.

Characteristic hotel, spa with thermal waters, very nice, the room large and comfortable, excellent cleaning. Breakfast unsurpassed. The spa is wonderful, truly one of the best ever seen. The Roman baths are unique. The staff is very friendly and professional, excellent shuttle service, premium minivan, to go skiing. Seeing the World Cup on the Stelvio slope from the infinity pool is priceless. We did not take part in the gourmet dinner with a toast in the pool because the first one we wanted to be on the slopes very early, but I am told it was really high level. The hotel has four 22KW/h charging stations. Five stars in every aspect. N.B. During the week of New Year's Eve the spa is very busy as it is also open to the outside, not suitable for those who do not like a certain crowd. We were aware and we had a good bike but it could bother hotel guests to find themselves mixed with 300 outsiders.

Accommodation not up to standard

Paid for a junior suite (548 euros per day excluding meals) and they put us in an attic. Half the room unlivable because of the height of the room too low. Bathroom with heating out of order and therefore cold. I understand the festive period but it's not acceptable

The Hotel is not worth the spa

The hotel gets all five stars from the spa facility. For the rest: it is not possible to regulate the heating in the room, I cut my foot on the parquet, the waiters do not warn you that you have to spend at least 40 euros, there are no common rooms (apart from those frequented by bathers, with wet seats). As a hotel, much better the New Bathrooms

Unique and unmissable place

Four beautiful days in this historic home with the magic of the most historic and true spa that you can! Beautiful room with window and small balcony overlooking the valley and outdoor hot tub. Great bathroom with accessories. The bathrobes are perfect. Comfortable bed, a little less pillows. Good wardrobe and minibar. Breakfast more than valid both sweet and savory. An effort to make on juices. We even had dinner on site for one evening. Paper a bit narrow, good product but unfortunately exaggerated prices, which do not reward the customer who is staying. The wine list, including the price per glass, was also overpriced. For the Terme talk, you have to be there to understand history, emotion and well-being that they give. Until 10 am they are reserved for hotel guests and it is really another world! I definitely preferred, despite the impeccable cleanliness , the compulsory headphones cover head. Then ...... see certain ladies, made up like the legendary Moira Orfei ...... swim between a picture and another in the pool and under the Garibaldi falls .....! All spa areas remain magnificent. Years go by for me..... and in the tubs of the Roman baths.... I found it a bit difficult to get out without handrails as in other tubs! The aperitif service is still good, crowd apart from a few evenings. It always remains a great place. With use Terme, the value for money also with accommodation, is really winning and recommended. Weekends excluded of course! Attentive and always courteous staff in all services. Always promoted and recommended the place. See you next time.

Great place, the hot springs were its own adventure. Wake up early and hit them before it’s open to the public. A highlight of our entire Italian trip.
