Good host couple

Good location. Very nice host couple! Clean and tidy and fantastic shared balcony. Located on the 4th floor without a lift, the only negative if you are not in good shape.
Close to restaurants, shopping and the charming old streets. Can warmly recommend this B&B.

Bello ma con delle pecche inammissibili.

B&B in zona centralissima, con delle stanze belle ampie e stessa cosa per i bagni interni alle stanze. Se avessi potuto nel giudizio finale avrei dato 2 stelle e mezzo e non tre, per dei semplicissimi motivi. Le mie lamentele non sono riguardo la struttura per carità, perché in un un palazzo storico quindi delle pecche strutturali ci possono stare, vedi il fatto dell’ avere dei scalini enormi da dover fare ma onestamente è del tutto normale. Il problema è che le condizioni igieniche sono del tutto discutibili, ma non perché le stanze e la struttura in genere sia sporca ma perché il fatto che fumare nei spazi comuni e quindi sentire il tanfo di sigaretta entrando nell’appartamento è antipatico, e vedere la macchinetta del caffè lercia con il cucchiaino sporco di zucchero e caffè lasciato lì per più di un giorno è inammissibile. Ie mie critiche sono proprio perché a commettere questi errori grossolani è stata proprio la titolare/gestore, ma la situazione che mi fa essere critico è dovuta dal fatto che essendoci lì con lei il signore addetto alle pulizie non si sono preoccupati nessuno dei due di rimuovere nulla di ciò, per non parlare di un bicchiere di plastica con dell’acqua e le cicche delle sigarette all’interno completo di muffa, sull’uscio della porta. Mi dispiace essere magari così critico ma è un peccato che una struttura così pecchi su aspetti che comporterebbero uno sforzo minimo per una vera eccellenza.
