What an experience at this place fully open to outside in a terrible area at night with strange people in and out the hotel (prostitute, drugs, alcoholic…) wouldn’t recommended that place even if your interested by..
When we arrive for check in bed linen was not change after 30min someone come a give some sheets (happy to pay a room for make my bed at 10pm) lots of bugs and amneties in poor conditions lots of rubbish and old mattress on the rooms (nice view from the bathroom, main issue on this booking was around 10pm when we leave the room and we get follow by a crazy girls (she leave in this place like many other permanents) she looks like drunk or drugs and she want to fight with us for no reason we run out and she finally finish by send this bootleg of beer on us need to call the police
How this place can take this people and tourist in same time ? After this just come back to the room and move from this crazy place
After this trip I also make a claim to health service as a place like this cannot be open
All the good review is made by the permanent and not the tourist

The room is very dirty. Lots of cockroaches. Feels unsafe. This by far was one of the worst motels I have ever been to. Cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room and flies annoying us. When I woke up in the morning, I found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Insects crawling in and out of the room makes this room super uncomfortable and unsafe.

The Cliff House was truely terrible. Health services should take a proper look at this place, it was disgustingly covered in mould, bugs, dirt, and other unhygienic conditions. Wasn’t even worth a cheaper price, within hours of getting there I asked for a refund and to move somewhere else. The lobby was dirty, each door had dirt all over them and the hallways and stairs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in years. As I stepped into my room, the first thing I noticed was gross walls and mould covering the bathroom, it looked like it hadn’t been even wiped over from last guest or vacuumed. Second thing I noticed, was a TOE NAIL on my bedside table, unwashed marks on bedsheets, tobacco crumbs in drawers, and unwashed utensils. I stayed one night, it seemed unsafe and doors were wide open for anyone on the street to walk in. The neighbours were loud but I did hear someone else asking for a refund, definitely was a drug house. There were scratches on the floors(?) and just bugs everywhere. I’m a 19 year old solo traveler trying to find places for cheap, but would absolutely NOT recommend even if you’re looking for backpacking accommodation. Saw the “cleaners” as I was leaving, just one guy with his pants down to his ass. Just go to an AirBnb instead.

Room was full of tiny flies.
Openi g door to room was hit with chlorine smell.
