Devils head ski experience

We came from Crystal lake Illinois first time December 25 in a perfect Christmas Day 30 degree sunny and perfect condition , service was fast and professional the whole experience was great …
One of the best option of skiing and get some water park in the dells .. as well
Update
We came today again January first and things are as good as before good service and fun skiing experience for family and kids

A great deal!

Drove up from Chicago with our two sons and four grandchildren-3 to 9. Last minute- and they gave us 3 rooms all together - and a later checkout- very accommodating! Had a great meal and kids loved the pool and the skiing. Everyone was very helpful. We used to take our kids with friends over 35 years ago - it’s not a 5 star resort but we certainly got a lot of bang for our buck - will definitely go again - had a great time! And our room was nice and clean!

Terrible policy and attitude, they just plain don't care

These people just want to take your money and pays zero attention to customer satisfaction. Speaking to the manager (Taylor) only revealed their total arrogance in handling customer complaints. They just plain don't care. Stay away from this resort and ski area. You deserve to be treated better.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Hands down, one of the worst places we have stayed. Dirty, dated, nothing works and nothing is open. I read the reviews before booking. I thought that by renting one of the condos, I would avoid most of the issues. Wrong. I literally can not wait to get out of here.
Mountain was closed yesterday, when we checked in. I called to check that restaurants would be opened. I was assured they would be. Wrong. Closed.
Tried to let my little one have fun at the pool. It was so gross that she wanted to just come back to the condo. The hot tubs barely had any water in them, the pool was murky and the sauna hadn’t worked in years.

We're sorry you chose the wrong day to visit the resort, but that does not make the resort dirty. The Glacier Ridge condos are extremely nice so you are intentionally lying about the quality of our accommodation. Next time, maybe you should call the resort before driving up to see if we would be open with -20 degree temps like everyone else did. Trip advisor is a lodging review site. Therefore, you should only be reviewing our lodging. Sorry buddy.

STAY AWAY

This could possibly be the worst golf resort in the USA. Rooms are smelly , mold in the shower, and the worst shape i have ever seen any golf course in 37 years of playing. Busted water pipes on every hole causing very sloppy fairways. large ruts in front of greens. Greens so dried out you can't hold a shot. Tees boxes so burnt out you can't put a tee in the ground. Bunkers loaded with fist size rocks. Save your money and don't waste your time !!!
