Our key to enter the back door after parking was not working. Told the staff on Friday and for 3 days nothing was done. It was inconvenient for us to walk All the way to front door to enter

this may just be the most run down tired hotel room i have visited in the last 8 years. It was however clean and functional with a clean bed. Perhaps slippers would be nice to protect and provide comfort from the decades old carpets.
Lobby was in better condition.

The staff were amazing. Helpful, personable and easy to work with. The breakfast cafe had really good selections and the staff again, were so good.
The locks on my door didn’t work well, the carpeting in my room was filthy, and had sticky spots. No one bothered to empty my room garbages, so had garbage piled up when I left. But it was close to the light rail, and the staff made the stay really comfortable.

It was a very convenient location and it was nice that parking was included. Only stayed one night so wasn’t really able to check out other amenities to comment.

I was literally only there for 1 hour at the hotel and left the 2 key cards I got issued in the room as a way of checking out. Somehow, I get charged my $20 deposit which I will fight to get back since I recorded the whole night. I will present this issue to my lawyers if need be, as I feel this is an unnecessary way of trying to rip customers off.
I literally moved the bed sheets and sat on the bed for 1 hour before leaving to meet up and stay with friends.
