Front desk was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean like expected and loved the hot tub 🤘 I liked how maintenance was cleaning it and well maintenance everything.

Be the Judge Yourself!

This was my second time staying at this Best Western, and once again, it has been an excellent experience! After reading some of the negative reviews online, I’ll admit I was a little hesitant, but both of my stays here have been nothing short of great. It’s important to remember that everyone's experience is unique, so don’t just go by some of the "angry" guest comments.
The staff is still as friendly and accommodating as ever. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at home, just like during my first visit with my family. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Yes, there might have been the occasional minor hiccup, but nothing that affected my overall stay.
The breakfast offerings continue to impress, with a wide variety of delicious options.
So, while some might be quick to judge, I can confidently say that both times I stayed here were excellent. Be the judge yourself – don't let the "angry" reviews sway you too much. Give this hotel a try, and you might just find that it’s the perfect place for your next getaway!

Best breakfast

Had a family event to attend in Farmington and stayed at this hotel. Good price and clean for a night. Room was tidy and had a fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was the absolute best part! Great hotel for price and location. See you again next trip.

The worst stay ever

I don't know where to start.. from check in staff is unfriendly and unkind. I have the sense something is a miss. Everyone seems to hate there job. I used points to pay for my room. I have a confirmation that state $0.00 upon arrive. The front desk was not only useless and kept pushing a number to call in my face my points were never honored or refunded and no others would explain it. I was pretty much screwed and paid. then they informed me it would be an addition 100 even though again that was not mentioned in my email confirmation. To be in the industry of hospitality I absolutely was treated like I do not belong there. I became confused and irritated. The staff had no apologies no smiles not "let me check into that". I'm going the distance to contact corporate about my stay. The hot tub timer is broke so it's over flowing with bubble in your face. it's like the staff knew but again didn't care. Our toilet took 4 flushes to work the remote was also not working if I tried to lower the volume it would change the channel. We were reminded in a very rude way that even though a whole Dinning room was eating for breakfast. We had to wait until 7am by 7am on the dot all hot food was gone because again other guests were allowed to serve themselves before 7 but we were asked to wait.
then the breakfast lady lost her cool when I pushed the coffee button 2x instead of 1 . You can absolutely tell the staff had gossiped about the check in experience because all the staff treated us differently. I thought I was being sensitive but we had over 6 family there for a wrestling tournament they notice and mentioned "what did you do" because the staffs treatment was so different than others. When a new staff member was on at night I asked about the points she looked up my room and reminded me I just a stand member not gold or elite then pushed a number at me to call. This is the worst Best western I've ever stayed at. And it looks so nice but without a staff that shows kindness and concerns its just a polished piece of crap

The reservation code you mentioned (FX2_PAY WITH POINTS AND CASH) confirms that your booking was made using a combination of points and cash. This is why the total cost was not entirely covered by points alone. I deeply regret any confusion surrounding your confirmation and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
In regard to breakfast times, I’d like to clarify that my staff provided accurate information. On Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This schedule is clearly displayed on the wall at the entrance to the breakfast room, noted in the welcome letter, and listed on our website.
I also wish to address your concerns regarding the toilet and remote control issues. It’s unfortunate that we were not made aware of these problems during your stay, as we would have taken immediate steps to resolve them and ensure your comfort. We prioritize addressing maintenance concerns promptly to provide a pleasant experience for all our guests.
As for the $100 deposit, I’d like to clarify that this is an authorization hold and not a charge. It is released back to your account upon check-out, but the timeline for the funds to reappear in your account depends on your bank’s processing policies. This may take a few business days, and I appreciate your understanding regarding this standard procedure.
