Good overall. Clean and friendly. I didn’t stay the last night because the pool was down for maintenance. It happens and would stay there again. I just wanted a pool for the last few days of being in Phu Quoc. There was no record from hotels.com that I was staying there. Not the first time this happened. That had nothing to do with the hotel themselves. With a few phone calls it was all straightened out. Which is not fun to do when you are half way across the world. The hotel is good.

제가 받은 1층 5번방... 예약할때 사진은 분명 창문있었는데
창문이 없어서 퀘퀘한 냄새가나고
바퀴벌레 1마리, 모기 (많이) 개미 (더~~많이) 있고
판매글 사진엔 수영장 있는듯한 사진 올렸는데 수영장없고
조식 포함 된거로 구매했는데
뗏기간 이어서 2월3일?까지 직원이 없다고 조식 안된다해서 4층 식당에 가보니 뗏기간만 쉰거같지 않은 오래 사용안한듯함...
2월4일에도 가보니 여전함... (사진9,10,11)
수건은 사진같이 쓰던 수건이 있는듯하고 (진심 처음 들어갈때 저렇게 놓여있었음....3,6번사진)
이불도 누릿누릿...
6일 결제했는데 첫날 모기와 시끄러움에 또 방의 퀘퀘함에 애와 거의 밤새고 5일 아깝지만 다른곳으로 예약해서 이동...,
웃긴건 트립닷컴에 이 상황을 얘기했는데
티롱풍 에선 자기넨 뗏기간이어서 조식 못나온것과 방 잘못준건 인정하지만
환불 불가하다고만 해서
트립닷컴 에서 사진들보고 3일치 환불해줬어요👍
정말 다른분들은 부디 티롱풍에 안속으시길 바래요!!
마지막사진은 호텔ㅅ컴바ㅇ 에 올라온 티롱풍 소개와 위치인데... 글도 안맞고 위치도 나름 중심지 근처로 속이고있어요! 진심 즐거우려 온 여행 망친기분이었어요

Inget bra hotel.. ingen pool. ingen restaurang. personalen förstår inte engelska..fick flera gånger säga till om städning av rummet..då dom inte städat under dagen.. städpersonalen satt och såg film i reseptionen. hårda sängar..
