Cozy cool chic

Simone at the front desk was the sweetest, most hospitable and helpful person. I was able to check in early, got an upgrade for being a Brilliant member, and could leave my bag all day before my flight. She made me feel welcome and appreciated in so many ways! Thanks Simone!!

Staff at the check in took long and has a bit too much personality and attitude. It’s not very nice.
No real breakfast place. Only a $15 voucher to use in a coffee shop on the ground floor which is not enough + you need to add tip…Staff there is also not the most friendly.
Rest of the hotel is good. Maid very friendly and doing a good job

Friendly Botique Hotel in the Center of the Action!

This is a friendly botique hotel with a great vibe. and a clear commitment to social justice and environmental consciousness. Right next to Franklin Square with a abundance of quality restaurants (like Immigrant Food) and one of the most fascinating museums you will ever visit - Planet Word. Celia and Simone, and in fact all of the staff, were fun, friendly and helpful. Good value for money, too! The rooftop bar is fabulous.

Always a solid, restful, and inspiring stay.

The amazing staff at Eaton DC is always top tier. My work can be extremely intense and the vibes and service always help me reset and ground myself. From Simone, Sofia, and Lidya at the front desk, to Wolde at the door, Rowena assisting with my room I’m good.
One tip - please add QR codes to tip staff directly to all areas.

Eaton is fabulous. 5 star experience on a budget. Plenty of dinning options (get the lamb burger with truffle fries!) I love the aesthetic and the in-room record player is a nice touch. Complementary valet parking in DC… Need I say more.
