BEDBUGS! Stay Away!
The next morning, I woke up to find bedbug bites all up my leg. It was horrifying. I immediately got my son out of bed, and we both took showers before taking our entire luggage and running it through the dryer on high heat. I went to the front desk, showed them the bites, and they “took a report,” but offered no remedy or apology.
To make matters worse, Roberto at the front desk had the audacity to tell me it would be my fault if any of my belongings were damaged from the dryer heat. How would you like it if your six-year-old had bites all over their body? The staff was completely unserious and unhelpful about this very real health issue. I spent the next week itching and worrying about whether I’d brought these pests home with me.
The general manager didn’t even bother to respond to my complaint. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay far away from this place. BEDBUGS!!!
