We were there for son’s ski race competition at Sundance resort. Room was very clean. Little kitchen is very useful to support my little athlete. Stuff were helpful and kind. I personally enjoyed warm tasty breakfast.

Room not cleaned . . . Calls ignored by general manager

We checked in at 10:30 pm and were anxious to go to bed as we were driving to Albuquerque the next day and then onto Texas the following day. We were given a room that had not been cleaned. The hotel was at capacity. We were finally given a room someone had checked into the day before but never arrived. (Double payment) However, it took until 1:00 a.m. to get the room. We were exhausted! Instead of having two queen beds my neighbor and I had to share a bed. Front desk was super helpful and apologetic. He gave me the general manager's card to call. When checking out the front desk knew about our fiasco and apologized. Both said, "This is not up to Marriott standard." After arriving home I called the GM's number several times with no answer. I finally got through and left a voicemail. Unfortunately, my call was never returned. We are lifetime titanium elite status. If this is how we are treated how is someone with no status treated?

Barely worth one star

This was a very unfortunate and less than pleasant stay. We have stayed here in the past, and as time has went on, this place has deteriorated.
The night we checked it, we experienced the following…. we pulled down our bed to go to sleep and there was a large fresh stain on the sheets. We called down to the front desk and we were told they had nobody that could come and take care of that for us and instead brought us sheets so that we could change them out ourselves.
In addition to hair on the floor and dried urine on the toilet seat, the tub would not drain as we showered, and water was up to our ankles.
And lastly, we left the hotel in the morning in order to attend a family event around 9 am. When we returned at 10:30am, more than an hour before check out time (12:00pm), they had already went into the room, cleaned it, and another family was in our room!
We needed the room so that we could change our clothes to prepare for our drive home, and we were told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do. When asked why they checked us out, they had no excuse other than they knocked, and there was no answer, so they cleaned it and gave it to somebody else.
I would’ve maybe expected this for less than $100/night, but not for a $200/night stay.
It is sad that this hotel has detonated to this point. It used to be such a nice place to stay.
