The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so so. I have had better breakfasts at different locations.

The room was clean and well appointed including a full size fridge/freezer. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The only issue was the shower--the water pressure was weak and it was hard to adjust between hot and cold.

It was a nice experience and we were pleasantly surprised when he received a free room upgrade. My only negative comment is that i could hear the trains and traffic which was where our bedroom was facing.

Newly constructed dwelling, the suite room was very spacious, perfect for a family of 4 adult-sized people, with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, dish washer, and kitchen sink. The free breakfast was very good too 👍

Was a great professional hotel

This place was great. I spendt thousands of dollars here over the years. Most staff were professionals. Until now. The new hire at the front desk made me leave and check in elsewhere. She insisted I call her by her name . Ossie or aussi.not sure. She is terrible on computer. I waited 22 minutes for her to check me out and in. She was rude and ran and hid behind a wall because I didn't call her by her name. She left another agent to help me. She did the same thing in the morning. This hotel is clean and rooms spacious and most front desk guys are good. This place will go down hill fast because of a bad hire. If you check in be prepared to wait and wait if she is at the desk. So sad the manager has no loyalty to a long term diamond guest
