AVOID HAPPY DAYS APARTMENTS !!
21/2/2025 - Currently just got back from a hen weekend at Wood street apartments Concert Square Liverpool.
All I can say is AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The promise of a Luxury apartment fell well short of expectation.
Too many things wrong to list, and to be quite honest I want to forget the experience. IT WAS TRULY AWFUL !!!!!!!

Deposit took 30 days to get back
Avoid these apartments if you can.. .group of us booked 2 apartments...firstly we had to go to a different location to pay a deposit.. they wanted £100 per person...there were 10 of us and I refused to pay £1000 deposit so they reduced it to £500. ..I told them it was my Christmas money so I hope I get it back soon...the receptionist said 2/3 days...turns out I didn't get it back for another 30 days as I had used a Revolut card...no mention of this when I paid ,so didn't get my deposit back until January...absolute disgrace....when I kept phoning about it I got nowhere..I told them I needed it for Christmas but they weren't interested...the apartments were ok not somewhere I'd go with family but ok for a group of girls... I'll never book with these again...

Potential to be a really lovely apartment, but very tired, in dire need of TLC. Door handle fell off, kitchen tap broken, damaged cupboards, worktops and flooring. A great location if you're there for nightlife, not so much for a quiet couples weekend. Bring earplugs!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
No one was there when we arrived to let us in. I rang the number and messaged several times to try and get hold of someone but no one was answering. The weather was awful, so we were stood in the pouring down rain. A stranger passed us and actually informed us we had to go to a different location to get the code. This was not communicated to me, if it wasn't for that person then God knows how long we would have stayed there for. When we finally got into the room, the window had been left open (baring in mind it was in a middle of a storm) so the room was absolutely freezing and soaking. The heating was then broke so we actually had to leave the room to get warm. I also understand that the location is in the middle of a busy area, completely get that and we knew this when booking, but the noise at night is absolutely terrible. I didn't get to sleep until 6am when all the music has stopped. I probably wouldn't book this unless I was a stag or hen do group and wouldn't be getting in till very late at night. But for over £400 and apartment, we were so disappointed and just a waste of our money to be completely honest.

AVOID!
AVOID! Unfortunately had to rate 1 star even tho I would give it a zero! Paid a £250 deposit (not sure why taken before stay) but hey. Arrived to find a random sock over the fire alarm. Pic taken on arrival as proof. Chased up the deposit back after nearly 3 weeks of not hearing anything to be told it's not refundable as the sock over the fire alarm was illegal and the room smelt of smoke even tho we are a group of non smokers. Disgusting customer service! Maybe if the place had been cleaned before arrival the sock would have been noticed. So not only taken the money no email was sent to confirm. Small claims court coming your way. DO NOT give them your money!
