Fantastic hotel
Brilliant hotel. The staff can't do enough for you. Made our stay perfect all of them. The rooms are a little dated but overall we're had a fantastic stay. The cleaner's are round every day without fail. We'll definitely be back in the near future

TERRIBLE!! DIRTY!! DONT GO
Not anything like advertised pictures, the place is filthy. No clean towels in the room. That’s after a 5 hr wait to get in it. Rooms dirty and broken furniture .Food and beverages recycled from other guests leftovers and served again. All inclusive ???? Vodka, whiskey or beer that’s it and again recycled soft drinks poured into Fanta or coke bottles.
If you are just looking at reviews before you book then go elsewhere and if you have booked phone your agent now and change.
There is no pool bar as advertised and snacks are non existent.
Pool area filthy and broken.
I have been to Tunisia a few times and the place and people are lovely, please don’t let this be your first experience.
I see all replies to negative reviews has been copy and paste so I fully expect that also.
Please don’t waste your money or risk your health, book a different hotel. This place in all honesty should be shut down

Cheap & cheerful - enjoyed our holiday, sad to be leaving
Ok so ignore the negative reviews. You get what you pay for. Rooms are pretty dated and basic but didn’t bother us. We leave tomorrow and I will be sad to go.
Food has been the best of our Tunisian hotel experiences, plenty of choice although no toaster at breakfast.
Yes there has been groups of younger Algerian men but they don’t bother you if you don’t want them to, try actually speaking to them they’re actually really friendly.
Special shout out to the animation crew headed by Noori and Leo, absolutely fantastic and plenty to get involved in. Well done to Joe, Bob (Marley), Allah, Raje, Mahmoud and Yassine non stop energy all day and night.
Also to bar staff Walid and Amir, we took Stanley cups and they refilled my husbands with beer no problem. I had lemonade in mine. Large bottles of still or sparkling water given on request.
I also have to give an extra special mention to Ahmed the pool attendant. This guy is solid gold and keeps everyone amused around the pool.
All in all we’ve had an amazing holiday and would definitely come back.
Remember the holiday is what you make it x

Worst place ever
Please don't go to this place.. rooms are disgusting, we were shown 5 rooms before got one clean enough. To stay in. We went with love holidays and tried to contact rep, trying to get him was impossible.. so we had to stay. WiFi only available in reception so this added to issues getting rep. Never seen him the whole holiday. Food was mostly inedible.. and mostly not warm. The cleanliness of the dinning room was not great, out of date hygiene certificate on display. Staff , it was a 50/50 split between nice and grumpy. I know id deffo be grumpy working there. Even shop keepers in near by shops said it was the worst place, that they only open for season and close again, they don't put money back into the hotel or area. Has totally put me off the country and dont think I will return. Which if every body done this would not be good for tourism in Tunisia. Only good bit was the beach, it was beautiful

The setting was very beautiful but just I kept a bad memory of the staff
I have a bad memory of a person who presented himself as in charge of the control department his name is khouloud
She was harassing me to help her because her family was in need I was naive and finally it was a scam
It ruined my stay
