Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Top quality rooms and service. Everything offered from toothpaste to toothbrushes to slippers. Big room. Top class. Far better than any such hotels in other SOUTHASIAN countries. 24 your gym. Massage chairs in gym. Free laundry machines.

This was a quick layover en route to northern Thailand. The staff is really excellent, informative and kind. We especially liked Chin. He gave us an excellent tip for a walkable dinner. The room is well-appointed, dated and could be cleaner. The walls and floors needed some attention. Overall ok. Thanks.

Very central location, kind & polite staff. Helpful and had no problem upgrading me to 2nd. floor to 7th floor in day 2.
Big rooms 37 SQF - like an small apartment.
Highly recommended, would come back.

Staff calling on day of departure 12.01 asking me to check out or extend the stay. The hotel should give at least 5 minutes
As the pros outweigh the cons I will definitely still book here for future visits

Great location for chatujak area ,room is big and clean ,also can ask for smoking floor room that you can smoke at the balcony
