Stopped for one night while driving across Spain. On a small side street off main road through town. A surprising gem ,clean modern hotel, good value, an excellent selection of gourmet tapas in restaurant. Dont be put off by location. Room small for couple but fine for single traveller.

No comfort and impossible rest

The hotel does not have a lounge or common spaces of any kind and the restaurant rooms are not allowed for hotel guests when not used for dinner or lunch. Neither the windows nor the walls of the rooms offer proper insulation, so you hear absolutely everything from room to room. The problem of such lack of acoustic conditioning is aggravated by several reasons: the hotel restaurant is just below the rooms and also because on weekends the company houses guests at the wedding banquets it organizes (in other units) in the same hotel, so on weekends at any time of night, you hear guests coming from the banquets come in and talk. Animals are also allowed, so if you bark at them (which we suffer too) you hear everything.
As for one of the claims of this hotel, the buffet breakfast, is only served on weekends (punctuation that we did not see on its website), being breakfast the rest of the week quite chaotic, only one day of stay (not the rest of the 4 days, Monday to Thursday) we were offered a menu in which you could choose several options. That said, we did not eat bad breakfast, but it did not come to be expected. The summary is that it is a hotel with a very high price (almost 120 Euros per night) for the zero facilities and comfort it offers and in which the rest becomes very difficult.

Good place, but horrible surprise

A place that at first glance enters your eyes, the site is very elegant and sophisticated, but then in the gut hides a pauperimo treatment of the peers, bad forms, threats, insults and ultimately dehumanization, apparently they have the people of practices more than 8 hours and without charging anything, which is a shame, a few months ago I met a girl who was there of practices still, I was smoking a cigarette a little sneaky and with teary eyes, when I asked her who passed it was a little scared because there were people who worked there and did not dare to say anything with the people for fear of reprisals, at the time when the people left the girl told me the whole truth of the site, collapsing in a bitter and desolate cry, telling what happened with the people of practices in that site, told me not to put anything until after his practices because if not they would make his life impossible and suspend such long suffered and worked practices that he was leading, as they already did to some person who had complained about what he had heard, now I write this review for that girl and so that it does not happen to anyone else when going to practices or going to eat at this place, where the human treatment is so poor between peers and more to the practices, that is why this message for that girl.
Apparently the two makers of this plan, they are the two cooking stars so well known that on TV they seem in a way but when it comes to the truth they are totally different.

Hotel was nice and we got good service in english. Lunch menu was Suberb! Overall a very positive experience. Hotel was in a short distance from Alcala Del Jucar, witch was a very nice Place to visit.

2 adults + 1 child. Very nice hotel! I was pleasantly surprised with how it really is as shown on the pictures. The hotel was remodeled recently and is very clean and modern looking. There’s a huge variety of wine on display at bar/restaurant and very affordable too. Although Our standard room was on the smaller side, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is new and clean and modern as well. A Continental breakfast was included in our reservation and was adequate for the price of the room. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
