Beach week in Benicasim

The stay was very pleasant, just like the last few times. We have returned for several years and we will surely return next year. The variety of pools for the little ones after the beach and the entertainment and activities they were able to do made the stay very pleasant.

Worse night mare

I’ll start with the good point about this hotel
Location wise is on point central to everything and right outside you got a massive supermarket the beach goes on for miles lovely beach loads of bars restaurants near by so won’t get board or hungry The bad bits about this hotel this has to be the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in there is no way I’d rate this has a 4* I’ve stayed in 3* hotels and they was way better than this the food is atrocious I wouldn’t even give it my dog it’s the same food from morning till evening they don’t cater for children even though on one section it says kids corner which has pasta on it and cheese this hotel really needs go back to drawing board and start putting on better food my partner and I had to eat out for the last 5 days of our holiday has the food was that bad the rooms need redoing you got the bathroom where there is only one massive mirror in there so when is women need do our makeup you got this massive bright light shinning on you so you either have to stand right back or stand with your face right in the mirror to just see how to do your make up all hotels have a little side mirror attached to the wall so you can see what your doing the beds are not comfy feels like 2 bits of cardboard put together no way I’d rate this hotel would not be back if you paid me to so I’d think twice before booking it looks lovely from pictures but trust me it’s not

Special, I will return.

I stayed for two nights, I loved everything, the room, the food, the entertainment, I must highlight the kindness of the person in charge of cleaning the rooms, Roberto, a delight, the treatment a , the guys at reception, some people are a delight and others are forced to be kind and it is difficult for them.

NO SLEEPING IN THE AFTERNOON!

We stayed here for 5 days and could not sleep one afternoon. The cleaning ladies work at 3 p.m., they move beds and the whole fornitures of the rooms and you won't sleep. This goes on for the whole day!!! Horrible stay, no sleep, no relax. NO 4 stars hotel!!!
I don't reccomend this place!
