The hotel is old, the location is good, not far from The Great mosque and park, but the pillows were really bad and we couldn’t sleep properly. The breakfast is very simple.

The Hotel was ok, I asked twice for batteries for the remote control, they were duds. I left the Hotel a Day early as a bus load of teenagers descended they were running around two levels slamming slamming slamming doors including banging on my door until 3 am. Nobody put a stop to this behaviour teachers or staff. So left disgusted. I would like to be reimbursed for two days. Total disregard for myself and other independent guests

Moldy rooms for smokers and filthu

Filthy hotel, smelly rooms and not at all the money worth.
We were a family were we booked two rooms, both were smelly like mold and both were rooms for smokers. Would definitely avoid this hotel. For the price, there are far better hotels. If it was cheaper it would go with the poor quality.

Grand Bursa Hotel

The hotel is in a central location. It may not be luxurious, but it is a very adequate city hotel. The staff is kind and attentive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Gülşah, who greeted us with a smile at the reception, for her welcome and help with our trip to Bursa.
