I had to check out one week earlier than planned due to business reasons, they promised me refund for my excess nights, gave me printout of payment statement, but even after more than 1 month I didn't get my money. They don't answer the phone, or if they do they don't understand English, or if they do, they hang up or just leave the phone ON and go away. I contacted them on provided email but didn't get any answer.
There is a lot of police staying in hotel, making lot of noise in the morning and during the night.
Every few days I couldn't get into my room, had to go back down to reception to reprogram key-card.
Every morning and evening there was congestion on the road, so driving to/from hotel was a nightmare. It took generally 10-15 minutes than what google maps suggested, but I had some days when I was "driving" for 40-60 minutes more.
I wanted to play it nice and don't leave bad review but at the end, they DO deserve it.
Food was not so good (according to my Mexican colleagues), but there was variety of choice.
Over all, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in that hotel and won't come back unless to get my money!
