More to improve, receptionist needed more critical thinking
After we went to their restaurant for an afternoon tea, still the room wasn't ready. In the end, when we get to the front desk the 4th time, it was the manager that arrange another room suite for us ( the receptionist could've arrange that much earlier for us rather than let us wait for the room it was set at the first place )
Please understand that it was CNY period & we were all rushing for the next event.
The room lighting needed some improvements as it was very dim & dark. Hygiene of the room was okay.
When I asked more few more cottons & buds set ( 7 packs ), surprisingly the reception said it was too much & only willing to provide us 2.
Helloo ? Customer paid for few hundreds a night & you can't provide me cotton & buds ?
In the end, housekeeper gave me the rest of the amenities extra, EXCEPT the cottons set that I've specifically asked for. Kudos to their active listening on this part.
One good thing that I can think of was I left my gold ring after checked out & they're honest enough to return it to me when I called to reach out
