The price is reasonable.
The hotel is very old and the elevator can only accommodate 2 people. The room is not large, but not small either. The water pressure of the shower is not great, but there is no shower curtain, so a large area of the bathroom gets wet. There is a coffee and tea set, but there is no electric kettle in the room → they will lend you one. There are few outlets and no outlets next to the bed.
In Singapore, you can stay at a cheap price that you can't even afford to stay in a dormitory, so it's suitable for people who are looking for a cheap place. It's not particularly dirty, the air conditioner works, there is hot water, and there is a refrigerator. However, it is old.

Location: Terrible or Fantastic!!!
I had a very hard time finding the place. I gave up walking and tried to find a taxi. Taxi's did not want to go there because of heavy traffic. But one driver agreed and he charged a slightly higher rate . Thats fine.
I asked the hotel staff if there was an easier way to walk to the JB immigration checkpoint. He suggested using the walking bridge, and that is fantastic. My view of the hotel's location changed completely once I discovered the walking bridge. And because of this reason, I'd happy stay there again in future.
When you get out of JB immigration checkpoint, find the walking bridge that connects to F&B Plaza. Just before turning right into the plaza, go straight, walk down the stairs, walk straight ahead for a few metres, turn left and turn right just after the restaurant. The hotel will be on your left.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a small fridge. The worst thing was that wifi didn't function and the hotel didn't seem to be active in giving it.

Simple no frills
The bed is comfy and clean. The TV channels does not have other channels than the Malaysia own ones.
I did not have breakfast there so cannot comment. There is also a swimming pool but it is at another building.
Hotel is very near the causeway and also the shopping mall : RNF Mall.
