Windows to the square

The view is amazing. Our room was much larger than a typical hotel in Venice. Check in was super easy. We arrived early but we're able to drop off our bags and wander around the city until check in. Our service was great. At night you can hear the giant clock tick and peacefully fall asleep. Just a warning if you open the windows the pigeons expect to be fed.

Receptionist SGARBATO!

We booked this hotel with the knowledge that we could not respect the check in .. but I want to point out that before booking we contacted the property that takes care of the check in, which had reassured us that it was not a problem as they were open h24 .. unfortunately our plane was several hours late and we arrived about 3:00 in the morning .. the receptionist was super rude, did not want to give us the room .. he even insulted us by telling us that next time we had to stay on the mainland instead of going to Venice .. also did not know that we were staying for 2 nights .. and insisted that we had not warned of the check in after hours .. clearly despite I showed everything , he continued to blame me .. in the end he gave us the key and arrived in the room we realized that the air conditioning practically unusable since it emitted an unpleasant noise .. the hot tub was tiny and full of limestone .. non-existent pillows, hard mattress and a socket for the charger did not work .. in short, the only positive thing the view of the room ..

Awful Customer Service Experience

I booked this hotel for 3 nights in April for myself and my partner. Unfortunately my father passed away a couple of weeks before we were due to travel so I contacted the hotel to see if we could reschedule our booking. The hotel staff were completely unsympathetic and refused to do anything to accommodate the circumstances. They refused to cancel the booking and refund this, which I accept but their refusal to allow us to reschedule our dates for a later time, we felt was shocking customer service. I will travel to Venice later this year all going well however I will, under no circumstances be booking this hotel. Extremely poor customer services.

Unique experience

Unforgettable location, good soundproofing, bathroom with jacuzzi
Good cleaning
Of course the reception a hundred meters away is not convenient but Alex with his professionalism is a cuddle that makes you feel at home.
Cool in the evening by opening the window a little to listen to the orchestras of the famous clubs in the square.
It's really worth it

Amazing

We just can't get enough from this place.... It's absolutely amazing easy check in, good value for money ,nice,clean and very spacious room/ typical venetian style/. THE view..be prepared for something insane,breathtaking, I can't describe the feeling. We can't even rate Best windows as 5 five stars, we just can say ...for the past few days that was our home. Thank you for everything, see you next year
