Nestled in the hills

This hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the start of the "Strada del Prosecco" the Prosecco street. This was the reason why we choose it, and had a good experience. There is a nice pool, in quiet surroundings and parking on site. They serve delicious breakfast and staff is very helpful and tried to assist with questions and information.

Value for money - Budget Hotel

I found the hotel service good. Its a cheap budget hotel, a few minutes walk from city center, where all the shopping and restaurants etc are. What I did not like was that I could not find a dust bin in the room (ok, there was one in the bathroom). Also, could not find a way to easily regulate the temperature in the room (being very cold outside, was not helpful). Otherwise, quite a good experience. Nice fireplace stocked with wood in the lounge, where we sat till late night, discussing the hectic day, that we had.

Goooooood experience

Incredible location underneath the green hills of Conegliano. Peace, serendipity, kindness and availability of the two owners. Big and clean swimming pool. Crazy cleaness of the rooms, good breakfast.
2 adults and two kids. We stayed very very well. Do not expect luxury but, in the range of these kind of accommodations, I highly suggest.

Charming and private

Fantastically quiet and peaceful location but a short walk away from restaurants and the town centre. Good for visiting the Prosecco region of Italy or taking a train into Venice.
Small independent hotel run by a mother and daughter who could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. Everywhere was very clean, good sized rooms with nice bathrooms and as we were there while it was hot we loved the pool.

A family owned botique hotel

I'll summarize my opinion as follow:
1- Location: the hotel is in a residential area around 15 min walk from the train station.
2- Hotel: is located in a garden, I stayed in the last days of summer when the weather was not hot enough for outdoor pool, but I can imagine the pool and tennis court should be very nice during the summer time.
3- Staff: as far I understood the hotel is managed by a family, which family members are taking care of reception and even serve you breakfast. They are polite, helpful and responsible.
4- Rooms: rooms just like the hotel is old fashioned with clean bathrooms.
5- It was a business trip for me but I'd like to try this area and hotel as leisure again.
