Booked transit Hotel
Big spacious Rooms, good service..

Nice place to stay and value for money.
I was traveling to manali and took one night stay in this hotel. The location of the hotel is a bit inside but hotel provides pick arrangements if the customer asks. Otherwise, quite cooperative staff, everything super clean and value for money.

Not for foreigners!!!!
DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER!!!
English male solo traveller on Saturday 16.03.2024.
Made reservation via booking.com 24 hours in advance as rooms looked clean on photographs (luxury for India).
Arrived at property where staff informed me that as I am not Indian I was not able to stay (there is also a sign behind reception indicating this).
Staff told me to call head office, I refused and made them call.
In the mean time staff offered to take me to another hotel 4km away.
I was not happy with this offer as I wanted to stay at original the property as it is close to the railway station.
Finally spoke with head office who confirmed I could not stay and then refused to fund a taxi to an alternative hotel and even then it was not guaranteed that they would let a foreigner stay.
They blamed booking.com for the mistake and I have raised this with both them and Treebo
Porter ran me in his tuk-tuk for to other hotel (Hotel Empire Inn, with complimentary cockroaches) who let me stay for an inflated price (maybe part of a scam, who knows!)

Very basic hotel with damp wall, and old and decrepit bed sheet and comforter overlay fabric. Towel was good and clean. Room was average clean and so do the bedroom. Reception didn't ask for any extra payment, which is typical to all the Oyo booking in this world. They were Oyo sometimes ago( as informed by reception) but now they are treebo. The location is just average in a local community.
