the room was just horrible, disgusting, it was very dirty, drawer with a lot of hairs, there was no maintenance, no cleaning, difficult arrival, this hotel doesn't even deserve a star.

The worst service and assistance ever! Disrespectful!

Poor communication, difficult to contact. We arrived at the hostel and there was nobody to receive us. We waited for more than 1 hour for someone to come, after sending messages through Hotels.com. About the room: we were in 4 people in the room for 2 days, and we had only ONE toilet paper, no refills. No reception, no staff, nobody to assist us, during all the time we were there. The TV in the room wasn't working, as well as the heating. The towels dryer in the bathroom was SO dirty, with old stuck dust, that I had to use one square of toilet paper (because I had to save) to TRY and clean it to put my towel to dry. I was at the kitchen preparing my dinner and some old man shout with me, out of nowhere, and turned off the lights (?) leaving only 1 light on (I have vision problems) — I think that maybe he's a manager or something. That was SO absurd and disrespectful! I mean, what the f*? Are you serious? Worst experience in hostels in all my life.

worse hostal in Germany

I stayed here a few weeks ago for 1 night. There are junkies siting at the front door. To me no problem. The guy at the reception desk has very little social skills. Just asked for the passport and makes a photo copy. Why? I don`t.
The room was shown with 4 beds in each corner. My bed next to the door with a cupboard what can not be closed. Inside the cupboard 3 green moulded loafs of bread!
The shower hook was broken.
The 3 other occupants, workers from East Europe made a lot of noise at 23.00 hours eating and drinking. When I shouted to be quiet and turn the light of, they did.
In the morning no staff were to be seen. Nobody there.
Don`t stay here look for somewhere decent and pay a little bit more!

I stayed in the single room. The hostel is in a great location, close to the train station and tram stop. The hostel has friendly staff and it’s clean and comfortable. However in the same courtyard as the hostel is a loud club with parties deep into the night, complete with noisy guests that like to do after parties in the parked cars under your balcony. So if you stay here be sure to take earplugs. Otherwise perfect besides the doorbell not working.
