An exceptional address

Having been given a box by friends, we chose this accommodation for one night with dinner and breakfast. We will keep an unforgettable memory! The welcome of Véronique et Guy is exceptional, and what about the restaurant: Guy has the makings of a great chef. If the opportunity arises, we will certainly visit them. We highly and warmly recommend their address

Very good step

We had booked a room and table d'hôtes, the room is simple but very clean and functional, in a quiet environment with a small balcony. The table d'hôtes was excellent, Guy who is in the kitchen regaled us taste buds, dinner worthy of a starred restaurant, very refined, great presentation and excellent exchanges with him during the service. The next morning excellent breakfast also and gargantuan, service provided by his wife, excellent Value Award.
The only comments for us who were hikers on the GR34 is the distance from the Guest house to the path, we had done a big stage of 30 km and had fortunately managed to get taken by a car leaving the beach, very steep and long coast, on the other hand the welcome for check in is before 14:00 or from 18:30 , this is the first time that happens to us, accustomed to itinerant hikes and guest rooms, it is usually maximum 16:30, when you walk all day, you can not wait to rest and take a shower, but apart from that a very good time.

FABULOUS

Night from 13 to 24/10/12 - Friendly welcome - room with spacious and pleasant marine decor, very good bedding - excellent and varied breakfast - super succulent dinner prepared by Guy.
Our hosts Véros and Guy are passionate and exciting.

Correct

Clean room tastefully decorated bathroom and individual toilet decent breakfast (lack of salty cheese cold meats)
The exterior lacks a little maintenance (invasive vegetation) the welcome is friendly

Two nights at Hortensias

Once we found the place it was excellent. Dont expect it to be near to Paimpol. If you need to ask how to find it , ask in Plouexec which is about a km away. The property is full of artefacts, ornaments, pictures etc. Lots of character if rather cluttered. Stylish breakfast.
