Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo per esprimere la tua opinione personale dopo il suo recente soggiorno nella nostra struttura.
Prendo atto del suo commento e mi dispiace che il suo soggiorno non sia stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Tuttavia, i punti menzionati sono generalmente valutati molto bene dai nostri ospiti, dalla pulizia della struttura alla cortesia e cordialità del nostro team di professionisti.
Sono particolarmente sorpreso che Lei non abbia commentato al nostro team della reception se qualcosa vi è sembrato insolito, il nostro team è presente 24 ore al giorno.
Per quanto riguarda il suo commento sul caffè, è davvero incomprensibile, il nostro bar è aperto dalle 7:00 a mezzanotte, e serviamo un ottimo caffè!

Staff very attentive and available..
We even asked the night watchman, very efficient!!!!!
As for the restaurant, nothing to say, it was perfect.
