Good stay

Due to a Reservation problem, not on our part, we were therefore directed to your Pension in order to correct this unpleasant situation.
I want to say that I had a good time in the Pension and we will have a good memory of it.
Good welcome, good diversified breakfast and attentive to our needs.

Shabby and Sunny!

I do not understand how this Pension got its 3 stars... a dirty, dusty room that was never cleaned during our stay (3 nights) and whose towels were never changed!
The water in the hot tub was full of sand and yellowed by dirt.
The bathroom is tiny, and the shower cabin quite low, it is better not to measure more than a meter 80... some joints are screwed, furniture EXTREMELY cheap, some drawers / closets are broken...
We had to go down to the reception to get toilet paper, because room service never set foot in the room!

Dreadful hotel, not a 3 star, avoid!

This hotel rates themselves 3 star…. Not sure who checks on these star ratings, but this hotel doesn’t warrant any stars. We chose this hotel after looking at the details and photographs on Laterooms.com and on the hotel’s website and it looked acceptable. We originally booked two nights but then added a third and put a note on the reservation so the hotel would know we’d extended. On checking in, no, they hadn’t read the notes so we had to switch rooms whilst there. From awful room to truly abysmal room. The first room was very basic with one sachet of shower gel each for two nights stay. Not even any water let alone tea/coffee was available in the room. Room wasn’t very clean either. We were moved to another room the next day which was even worse. Miniscule, no toiletries at all. Single duvet for a double bed. Cleaned the dust off the bedside table. The shower had mould. None of the photos of rooms on their website or on booking agents sites, appear to be of this hotel’s offering - as noted by other ‘guests’. It was a miserable experience and ruined our visit to the beautiful Côte d’Azur. Future guests beware, this is not by any stretch of the imagination, a 3 star hotel.

Run away! There is still time!!

Horror. House dirty cleaning not done, arrived a holidaymaker still in our room, breakfast worthy of the college canteen . security help! . 1 only advantage the place where the Pension is located.
We will not set foot there, that’s for sure.

LAMENTABLE

2 days stay for festival
Not at the level, apart from average breakfast , hygiene to review , unqualified staff, internal problem with their manager, the 3 stars are in the sky in my humble review , I do not understand why they are rated 4.5 at booking
