No balcony. Other thing is they don’t clean your room at all. Don’t think they know what a sweeping brush is. Also the breakfast is terrible. Toast and eggs. A bit of fruit and that’s it. Lady seemed really moody at breakfast when you asked for a coffee. Wouldn’t stay again. Oh and the sunbeds are in the shade. Same for the ones on the pebble beach across the road.

A lovely beachfront hotel. The interior was modern and well outfitted. Rooms were spacious, those with a view of the marina get great sunsets. The hotel was clean throughout and mantained to a high standard. The pool area has plenty of seating especially when combined with hotel loungers in front of the sea. Would especially recommend a meal in the hotels restaurant.

Wow!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in June as part of a 3 week birthday tour around Croatia, and it didn’t disappoint!
The whole experience is absolutely stunning!!
The reception from Nina was awesome.
The restaurant was beautifully designed.
The pool area (with sauna) was really well designed.
The ‘beach’ area was perfectly located just across the street from the hotel.
The room was stunning, and we had the basic! Really well presented, decor was stunning, everything was top notch!
We loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and well-maintained facility - service can still be improved

It is a fairly new and recently renovated house very close to the beach. We were given a very friendly welcome when we checked in and received numerous useful tips for excursions and restaurants from the always very helpful manager.
Our room on the ground floor was quite small, so we were grateful for the terrace we had booked. The mattress was perfect and pleasantly firm.
The complex is very clean and well maintained overall.
The breakfast is top-notch.
Our suggestions or suggestions for improvement:
If the restaurant is closed, which was the case around Easter, please at least offer drinks and snacks for a fee. There is a supermarket very close by, but surely the hotel wants to do business?
A bottle of water in the room should be a must in a four-star hotel and the minibar should be full.
The sauna by the pool is nice, but you have to go to your room to shower.
The room cleaning should be improved and done earlier. The shower cubicle was often still full of drops, cups uncleaned.
The fact that the reception is often unoccupied for several hours should be communicated. That's simply not possible with four stars. However, the manager always responds very quickly to inquiries.
The facility definitely has potential if customers were offered not just accommodation, but a few pleasant four-star services.
This impression is from the preseason. In summer, with more guests and staff and restaurants open, things will certainly look different.

Little nice gem of a hotel on Ugljan

Small, nice and elegant hotel very close to the ferry. The food is great, both dinner and breakfast, pool area is clean and stylish. Coffee is also very good and the hotel vibe is quiet and cool. Room and bathroom are on the smaller side, but still very nice, and the bed was comfy. The beach is in front of the hotel and the hotel has a few beach beds and some umbrellas, which is great. Parking is also conveniently close. Staff is kind. We will be back gladly.
