Chose this hotel due to its high rating and cheap price. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the service response is also fast. However, the service staff in the room department is a middle-aged lady, and her attitude is relatively blunt. At night, I call the front desk to send two sets of towels and toilet paper. With an unhappy face, he said, "There is no more toilet paper, and napkins can be used as toilet paper too!!". On the first day of check-in, I found blood stains on the quilt cover, and then found that the towels were black, with stains and holes. I don't know how the housekeeping department checks the quality? ? ! ! The bathroom and bathroom glass doors are dirty, and the bathroom space is small. The overall impression is that the hygiene of the hotel is worrying, and I will not choose this brand again. If it is not for saving money, it is strongly recommended that you do not choose this hotel, especially families with children who have hygiene requirements. Apart from being cheap, the hotel has no other advantages. The free coffee provided in the lobby on the first floor is terrible. I don't understand the reason for the high rating of this hotel, is it just cheap? The lady at the front desk had a better attitude and expressed apologies, but in order to let more passengers know the real situation, after consideration, I still shared my experience!

Environment: Clean and hygienic Service: A small gift was given after check-out, and the snacks are delicious. The lady at the counter has a very good service attitude, very patient and responsible. Facilities: full of details! Hygiene: I feel at ease handmade freshly ground coffee: There are also free drinks in the evening, which is very considerate!
