Beautiful hotel overlooking the town of Burgos

Beautiful Hotel, ideally located at the top of the city. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Staff attentive. The breakfast offers enough choice and quality. Convenient parking. The only downside would be the swimming pool which is disappointing compared to the photos.

The use of cigarettes should be prohibited on hotel premises.

As for the staff, a 10. The problem I had at the hotel is the use of cigarettes by certain guests. And for non-smokers, it's difficult. Even though there are no smoking notices, they smoke in the rooms or on the windows and the bad smell stays in the corridors and ends up entering neighboring rooms. It is a hotel where the vast majority of guests are men, who stay while working at local companies.

A clean and comfortable hotel in the center of town. Valquíria at the reception desk was amazing and gave us a perfect room with a huge colorful sunset from our window each evening.

Best Option in Betim (center)

Although it should not be considered a very good hotel, Abba is the best choice in Betim center. Rooms are clean with cable TV, air-con, free wi-fi, but old fashioned and needing a refurbishment. Good breakfast. No parking lot, gym or swimming pool. Prices should be lower considering the level of the hotel.
